Do you set the charge times via your charger's app or the Ford Pass App? I am currently using Ford Pass and it does not seem to update in a timely fashion. I think I might have an incorrect time zone selected. When I wake up in the morning, it still looks like it is charging or it has not charged. But after a couple of app refreshes, it updates. I know I have a couple of things to sort out. Just curious what others are doing or what you've learned so far! Thanks!

I have a Juice Box and have not downloaded their app. I only use the Ford Pass app and have been very satisfied with it stopping charging at my specified 85%, and keeping me informed of the charging. I don't need to specify what time it charges - my electric rates are the same 24/7. I am very satisfied with my Juice Box!

It seems like FordPass doesn't accurately show the charging data until after you've unplugged the car. Until then it might look like it's charging for 10 hours when it's really been 1.5 or whatever.

I initially set the charge times using the in-car display, and that worked fine. I've since modified then every now and then using FordPass, and that works fine, too with enough patience and the occasional reattempt. ;)

You can set the vehicle’s time zone in the Ford Pass app. I just can’t find it right now. Mine was set to Detroit and I am in Phoenix. I just made the change today. If I can find it, I will screen shot it and share.

So I opted to delete the JuiceBox app and only use Ford Pass. Since doing this Inhave not had an issue. Here are two screen shots that direct you how to switch the car’s time zone via the Ford Pass app.

Your tires came over inflated too?

Back on topic, I have had best luck setting the time in the vehicle instead of the app. Only using the free travel charger so far, juice box set to be installed in a little over a week. I'll probably end up setting the time on both, with a little bit wider range on the juice box.

I was there when I technician aired the tires. I was told they add 3 psi to the recommended value. Plus the car just got home from a 20 mile drive in 105 degree heat. I am watching the tire pressure and may lower it. Thanks for mentioning it!

I set the time using charger's (ChargePoint Flex) app, and the max percentage via FordPass app.that seems to work well for me. Charging status doesn't seem to update in FordPass, until I refresh it 2-5 times. Today I got a message from FordPass that it was done charging, but when I looked at the FordPass, it was still "charging" about half hour later.
