Although I do not own a Tesla, my friend does and belongs to the Tesla Owners Club of New York State. He emailed me a notice that went out to club members that the New York State Department of Public Service has an EV work group. Their next meeting is August 23 from 6:00-7:30pm EDT via WebEx.
Many of the questions on the agenda pertain to issues charging at non-Tesla fast chargers, yet I don't believe non-Tesla owners will be well represented.
