Locking key in the Mach E

Does anybody know how to set the door keypad in a MME. I just got my brand new MME and used the factor code and then after I erased that to put in my new code I kept getting error when I put in the confirmation of the new code. Gave up after a while. Any help would be appreciated.

The factory code is non-erasable. You don't need it as you can also create a new code using the center screen.
