what program did you use to get this information?
My car just did the exact same thing as yours and Ford is replacing the HV battery, I expected the 12 volt battery because they had to jump it to get it on the flatbed

Like there’s a problem I think they upgraded the program and that state of charge is not available anymore. I couldn’t find it under the new app or the update they did.

I don’t think that monitoring the LVB condition will necessarily predict failure. Reading between the lines of all the posts about LVB failures, that seem to be sudden and complete failures, as in internal short or break. I suppose load testing periodically might predict failure (Or cause it to happen at home.)
The possible solutions would seem to be either a more robust battery or replacement on a schedule to avoid surprises.
