Weather was nice in Northern Virginia, so I decided to do my annual century bike ride on W & OD trail round trip today. Charged my iphone to 100% last night. Last year I was able to get back to my MME with 5% battery to spare on the phone so I didn’t think anything different. I swear by PAAK and am a strict PAAK user since day 1 in February 2022. I guess it sucks to age and I get slower each year. With about 8 miles to go, my iphone died. Already extremely exhausted and came close to bonking a couple times! Panic set in. How am I going to get in the car and drive home? For the remainder of the tour, I’d prayed that backup startup code would work. Never used it before. Finally got to the car, punched in the door code, pressed the power button and the screen to enter the startup code appeared. Thank you, @Ford Motor Company for keeping the door codes on all models after all these years and coming up with the backup startup code for incidences like this! Love it. I know this is trivial but panic was real!
