I've had Trigger for 19 months and love the car. Probably the most fun car I've owned. But nothing is ever easy with the dealer. Just called to get an appointment for the Blue Cruise update and anything else needed. First time they can fit me in is 5 weeks from now, and - they said Ford pays for one day rental. They said they'll need it for 2-3 days and Ford pays for one. Of course they use Enterprise, authorize the cheapest, sub-compact rental available, and the Enterprise office is a couple blocks away so I can walk to and from. I don't understand their way of doing business.

That's a bummer, I'd find another dealer. The updates only take a few hours so they're getting you in but not working on your car day 1. Most dealers will still work to get your rental covered for the full period, but yours sounds lameeeeee.
