I doubt its in house so we'll push this to the side for now. Am i wrong to assume the DC DC converter was also made by LG? Chassis, we have brakes, suspension, axles not sure who makes them but I did notice CV Boots said made in USA so im assuming suspension was made in USA but by who?

Probably not an OLED. Too prone to “burn in” with static images.
OLED doesn’t suffer from burn in any more.

but I almost guarantee you it’s not OLED. Two reasons: Cost and brightness.

They did say that it was a very bright screen

Wrong with supply issues and COVID batteries have been coming from South Korea to Cuautitlan Assembly. Just last month LG chem in Poland was finally able to get up to speed to start shipping to Cuautitlan Assembly.

Also, we still waiting for the lawsuit that could take a while between Lg chem and SK Innovation. Has a big effect on three future ford EV and the ID4 being built-in Tennessee.
Right... so what you're saying is that for cars customers will actually get the batteries will be from Poland... which is what I said.

I think he meant that the first batch of cars will have batteries from Korea and whenever Poland ships their batteries those will go in the next batch of cars. So you might have the same cars from different batches with different battery origins

Well no customer cars have yet been built. So the prototypes that have been built have prototype batteries - that's pretty typical of prototypes. The customer cars will have batteries from Poland, and that's what we're all buying here.

Again this shows up

The iDM is being supplied to power the Mustang Mach-E’s rear-wheel drive and all-wheel-drive configurations. On the all-wheel-drive GT version, BorgWarner is supplying the secondary drive unit to power the front wheels as well. Start of production is slated to begin this year.

What does that mean? Does that mean the front wheels are powered by a different motor/system?

Also from the article this caught my attention:
with a motor and power electronics from other suppliers

So we dont know who manufactures the motors just that its supplied to borg warner and that they are packaging it in their idm

The only thing i can think of is that there is only a motor up front and in the back you have the IDM/rear diff whereas on the GT you have the same IDM back and front which begs the question whats up front then?

looks like its the latter first 8000 cars are with batteries from south korea confirmed by trutolife so yes first batch of cars batteries are from south korea the next batch will be poland

The Mustang Mach-E does its torque vectoring by braking, which should keep the car stable at speed around curves. This is according to Fords snow video
Your description above is also confirmed by this article published last year.
https://www.autoblog.com/2019/11/18/2021-ford-mustang-mach-e-powertrain-motor-facts-details/

It basically says there is no mechanical torque vectoring. They accomplish it with software, which basically means brake and motor output adjustments. Pretty cool stuff. I bet it works pretty darn well.
