There was a Kia burning on the side of 287 yesterday, full on rolling flames, smoke, and all. I don't think anyone was hurt, but the car is toast (obviously).
Amazingly, absolutely no smell of burning car made it into the Mach e, despite a heavy cloud in an underpass and extending down the road a little bit. My daughter and I were both gobsmacked not to smell anything. She did say she could feel the heat through her window, which was interesting.
Kudos to the @Ford Motor Company HVAC team for making that happen. Quite surprising.
