Mach-E lemon law buy back?

I’m a new guy here, and I don’t have a Mach-e yet. I a thinking seriously about purchasing a 2021 MME PE AWD. There are some dealers in our state that have some with low mileage (5000-10000) for the low$40,000 range. These are all Ford By back lemon law vehicles that have had the battery replaced and reprogrammed. Anyone here have any insight or experience with these vehicles? The original MSRP on these are around $56,400.

There's a similar thread elsewhere, but less directly about the lemoned vehicles.
My personal opinion is that there are likely to be some really nice gems in the pile of lemoned vehicles....

But, there's also a lot of title laundering going on with lemon vehicles. If you read their CarFax reports, you'll notice that a lot of them were originally sold and lemoned in California, repaired, sold at auction, and then bought and retitled in another state. That other state almost certainly has weaker consumer protection laws than California.

So, make sure the vehicle you're considering has a CarFax report, shows it was repaired after buyback, and etc. In fact, if I were to buy a used Mustang, I would only buy it if it were originally sold in California.

I'm currently saving up to buy a second Mustang, which will likely, and deliberately be a lemon-branded vehicle first sold in California. By the time I've saved up, I'm hoping the cost will be down in the mid- to upper-$20k range for a Select, low $30k for a Premium or CR-1, and upper $30k for a GT.
