I use 7/8 - 9/0 all the time to lock the doors, and I can also unlock from the pillar. All the rest of the codes do absolutely nothing on my car. Would be nice to be able to unlock the frunk and trunk from the pillar, but its never worked for me... /shrug

Beings in the EU, you will need to use all 7 digits to unlock the doors. You can also lock the doors by push and holding the 7-8, 9-0 buttons at the same time.

One thing I noticed when I added a third key fob is the programming process tells you the door key. You could use this process and not program a third key to reveal your door key if you're not sure what it is. Probably nice in a circumstance for someone like me who bought a used car that none of the documentation was included.

Here's a thread on adding a key fob

it works thanks for the hint.

one question however I have left. When I open the door with the code, push the brake and the start button I need to enter a code. Which code is that?

I know I entered a code for PAAK, but it seems that's not the one I need in this case

You will only get asked to enter a backup start passcode when you do not have your car's keyfob or your phone with PAAK setup in the car. Once you set up PAAK, you can create your own start passcode.
