The "bong bong" is mostly likely the Nav. You can turn off predicted routes to stop it, but it will turn itself on again at some point.

The whirring might be your wiper. If you had the wipers on, there is a setting to automatically turn the rear on when you go into reverse. It is supposed to help your visibility.

The other sound.... Respectfully, I'd notice if the rear wiper was wiping! My apologies if that's not what you meant. The sound occurs whether I'm going forward or backward. It's also much shorter than the sound the wiper makes when it's actually wiping. Also, this happens when the wipers are OFF or on AUTO. Again, they are not actually wiping when I hear the sound.
