I think the Mustang Mach-E has the nicest design and styling of all EVs currently offered on the market (at least sub $80k EVs lol).

I’ve noticed a lot of people give it a thumbs up which is cool, and I find myself admiring the car.

I don’t consider myself brand loyal, and my statement is subjective.

Am I missing any other EVs that are sub $80K that you’ve found to be super cool in design?

Tesla is beyond overrated IMO -the car design is so bland it hurts.

Overall, I like the Polestar 2’s looks. But, I would never own a Chinese car.
The Polestar is pretty sleek…agreed I wouldn’t buy Chinese for several reasons.

I'd have to say that I'm pretty brand loyal. The problem is that my brand is defunct. ??

I do agree that I think aesthetically the MME is the best looking EV currently on the market. I'd put the Audis next, then the Porsche. I like Volvos, so the Polestars look pretty neat (since they're very Volvo-esque in their design). For me (other people may have different views), the MME has the best all-around package. That's why I bought one (being on the reservation list for over a year didn't hurt the car's chances of being purchased either). ??

Totally agree overall as a package the MME is phenomenal overall. Not perfect but it’s also not $100K either lol. Definitely more stylish and better built than Tesla.

I agree the Mach E is a fine looking ride. I have to say the GT model's black grill against the Grabber Blue really sets it off for me, but even without the contrast I like it.

That being said, the next runner up has to be the Ioniq 5. The sharp angles in the body and the 8-bit inspired lighting are pretty cool. Give it a retro futuristic vibe.

Totally agree the Grabber Blue with black wheels/trim/grille is stunning. My next MME will be a GT in Grabber Blue whenever they update the car next in a few years.

Unfortunately Poncho won't be making a comeback to build "Wide-Track" EVs. Would be interesting, though.

LOL yeah, but the Grey Ghost is still kicking C#@vy tail on the road courses. ??

EDIT: I should note that the Historic Trans Am Series has made the Ghost run smaller front tires than it originally ran. ?‍♂?

I absolutely think that the Mach E is one of the best looking cars out there, period. Not just comparing to other EVs.

I think for the past 5 years car designs have been getting waaay to busy. More busy than ever in the history of car design if I'm not mistaken. Way to many different materials in the front and back. So much plastic and soo much fake aero that it's really getting silly. I think this is going to go out of fashion really quick! So I love that the Mach E has such a clean design! The front and back are so much simpler than 95% of current car models. And I actually have already noticed a backwards trend - cars are already getting cleaner again. So I think the Mach E design will stay in style for quite a while.

Comparing to other EVs. I really liked the Hyundai Ioniq 5 design when it first came out and loved the retrofuturistic design. But I'm already getting tired of it. As much as I like retro inspired designs when they first come out, they usually don't age very well.. see Ford Thunderbird or Chrysler PT cruiser. I hope the new Bronco ages better, because I (currently) really like it haha.

I think the Mach E could be a pretty timeless design! But let's see.

All that being said. I think the back of the Mach E is not the best looking. Just looks like a large overbite with that indentation for the license plate. Also, even though I have a GTPE, I think the non-GT grille is actually kind of neater. I think at this point my brain got rewired and I associate the GT design with sportiness, but I remember when I first saw GT and non-GT I preferred the non-GT grille.
