Agree, not surprised to see MME at the top......but no Tesla's?? Is there more to this story? Are they not considered "mass market"? Very strange....I don't doubt the Machs would be near the top of an ownership satifaction survey, they're great vehicles and I love mine and am very "satisfied" with my own ownership thus far. But no Tesla model made the list? I would never get one, but people that own them, really, really like them. I think it's a bit suspect they're absent from this list.
If you look at the article, Teslas are in the "luxury" category, while Mach-E is "mass market." Tesla is indeed at the top of their category. (Higher score than Mach-E, too.)I don't doubt the Machs would be near the top of an ownership satifaction survey, they're great vehicles and I love mine and am very "satisfied" with my own ownership experience thus far. Gotcha, was going by the screen capture you posted. If you look at the article, Teslas are in the "luxury" category, while Mach-E is "mass market." Tesla is indeed at the top of their category. (Higher score than Mach-E, too.)
Luxury? Hahaha, Tesla is the Toyota of EVs, bland, boring, lacking featuresIf you look at the article, Teslas are in the "luxury" category, while Mach-E is "mass market." Tesla is indeed at the top of their category. (Higher score than Mach-E, too.)
LOL, Model 3 in the "premium" category! Only thing premium is their monthly subscription. If you look at the article, Teslas are in the "luxury" category, while Mach-E is "mass market." Tesla is indeed at the top of their category. (Higher score than Mach-E, too.)
Yeah, that was messed up dude!Sorry, looks like I faked you guys out! Not intended!![]()
Agreed. Yet for some reason the automotive industry puts Tesla in the premium category. Prolly because their first two cars were kinda premium: the S & X (and if you want to go back to the beginning, the Roadster as well). But the M3 & MY are decidedly not premium in any way. I'll take the Mach E over those two cars any day of the week and twice on Sundays...Yeah, I don’t see how in any universe the Tesla Model Y and Ford Mustang Mach E aren't comparable vehicles.
But lacking low cost and high build qualityLuxury? Hahaha, Tesla is the Toyota of EVs, bland, boring, lacking features
Yeah, that's probably it. The S and X were in that luxury class and I guess the automotive gods decided to shoehorn the 3 and Y into the same class. But there's no way they're "above" anybody on that mass market list. If anything, those two models are the poster children for mass market.Agreed. Especially ironic/annoying now since Tesla will soon not even be offering the S & X anymore.Yeah, that's probably it.
