Mach E tracker is now displaying Error / Null results

So I ordered my vehicle in April, was produced on July 16th, shipped on the 31st. And arrived in Kc on August 10th. Final destination is Portland, Oregon. Last night while completing my daily ritual of checking the Mach e tracker tool I received errors and nulls for all data. Has anyone seen this before? Is it significant at all?

Mine was like that yesterday with the error and null messages. Today I rebooted my laptop and everything is back to the way it should be. I now have my build date and expected delivery date.

I did that with my van on different computers and phones and it still comes up null
