For the past few days, I have been having an issue intermittently, but today, it's sticky. I get in to start the car, the battery is at 100%, and the car won't start, and I am getting every error on the cluster.

At first, I tried to call CAA, but they said they couldn't do anything for me. I called my local dealer, but they said there was nothing they could do. No advice at all except to "Go on Google and search around," which was disappointing, to say the least. Eventually, I unplugged my charger from the wall, plugged it back in, and then the car started."Great!"I thought, thinking it was just a glitch. But then, a few days later, I got in and got errors again, but at least the car started, so I made my trip and returned home quickly. Today, the first issue happened again, and no matter what, it won't start, just all the errors but accessories are still on.

I tried searching around a bit and found some with similar errors, but the advice for those did not work for me unfortunately.
  1. Unplug the car, turn it on and then off, leave for at least 5 mins and try again
  2. check for failed updates
  3. run the heater at max for a few minutes
  4. keep the car on in accessory for a while
I have not tried a factory reset yet, but does anyone have any suggestions? I called another Ford service, but they cannot schedule anything until Monday, and even then, I expect over a week before they can see me.

Ford provides FREE Roadside Assistance for 5 years, 60,000 miles. Why haven't you called them?

You likely have a dead 12v battery. If you have a battery charger, put it on the jump posts under the driver's side panel and charge it.

Most of what you found by Googling is garbage, some of it is worse.

Do NOT do a factory reset. Resetting Sync won't fix your car, and you will have to reenter everything.

Oh? I actually was not aware of this! Thank you so much for this! I will give them a call. I did get mine used and the dealer never informed me.

Did you get an answer for this symptom? I recently bought a used 2021 Premium with 15,000 miles. It was traded in at the same dealership where it was purchased and had a clean service history.
I installed a Grizzl-e but I have only been charging the car when needed. Otherwise, it's sitting outside; and yes, it's Winter in the New York Hudson Valley right now.
The symptom has happened a couple of times, most recently today. What I've noticed is that if I set a departure time, the car works perfect. If I happen to pop into the driver seat without preconditioning, every warning pops up, the start button is flashing, and the car will not shift.
I checked the voltage of the 12v battery at the side terminals after the episode resolved and it's reading 12.45v. I thought I'd check here for advice on next steps.
