Missing Buttons on the Ford Pass App

Once upon a time, buttons for frunk, trunk and windows were available. A couple of weeks ago they disappeared. Does anyone have an idea about what has happened and how can i retrieve my missing family members?

If they ALL disappeared, try signing out of FordPass and signing back in.

If that doesn't work, delete your phone as a key instance and rebuild it. I'm fairly confident one of those two things will work.

Those buttons won't show up if you don't have PaaK set up on your phone. I agree with John's recommendations.

I agree with the agree. It might even have a note on the home screen asking to have PaaK set up.

Thanks. I deleted the original PaaK set up and then reset it. My family is back together. I now remember that I changed iPhones and around the same time the four buttons disappeared. All is good now.
