Missing charge logs

I have a strange issue in my charge logs, now for A while now , the charge logs only show my previous charges except the last 2 charges. So, if I charge today, then that only shows up in the log of I charge twice again, at that point today's charge shows up as the last charge..

Does anyone else have the same issue.

Also, in the past I used to have the EV driving option showing my previous drives, that has disappeared as well.

I have had the same issue and was told by the Ford Pass at people that they shouldn’t be removed, unless we delete them ourselves and then she also told me that messages and charge logs clear themselves out after 30 days so I don’t know what to believe

Search for posts about charge logs. You will find a few with some troubleshooting tips and tricks. Seen it myself once. I don’t remember what I did to fix it.

My charge logs go back to Dec 31st. Earlier ones are gone.
