Missing Mach E

I got a call from dealer saying my car is ready to pick up..I go there, wait for car to be pulled up..Salesman comes back and tells me, they don't have my car..the trucking company has dropped someone else's car here and most likely my car with some other dealer..now he has to call the trucking company and figure out where my Mach E is and arrange it to be delivered back to this dealership..

One more saga in already pretty bad buying experience!!!

When anything goes wrong in the shipping order of operations it’s a disaster and can take them months to figure it out. I hope, for your sake, they figure it out quickly and get your car to you.

My guess is that it should be at a dealer nearby so it shouldn’t be too complicated.
