I’m in the same boat even though I switched my deposit from an order I placed to a dealer ordered car that was going to deliver months earlier than my order. It was supposed to arrive in 2nd week of November. I started tracking the order using the apps from the forum in late October and the report said it was delivered on 10/28. After talking with the dealer they said that info was incorrect and they didn’t have it. First answer when they started looking into it was that it was sitting at the regional CA rail yard waiting for transport. Waited a week or so and when I checked they said that was wrong info and Ford corporate tracked it to a rail yard in Texas where it was unloaded for some reason. They told me it was on a train and headed to CA but they wouldn’t know it was being delivered until it arrived on the lot. Still nothing. Haven’t been able to get a VVR and going to dealer is not an option it’s over 2 hrs away.

Saying that the VVR is confidential is an obvious, blatant lie. That’s probably not the only thing they’re lying about.
It's not really a lie. The VVR my dealer sent me (multiple times) had "Ford Company Confidential" printed on it. I think the dealer should share it but their excuse is not invalid. I would go to the GM and insist on seeing it, but I would not call them liars, at least regarding the VVR.

That’s fair. But I don’t think there’s anything that precludes the dealer from running a VVR and telling the customer where his car is based on the report.

Agreed. They should do it and most good dealers will, based on other forum member experiences.

Major update: It arrived at the dealer last night and I get to pick it up tomorrow. I'm still confused as to why Ford's tracking and phone support marked it as delivered and couldn't gain any further information, but my dealership did right by me and informed me and soon as they could.

My car is still marked as pending in Palsapp and United Road OVISS, so your car not appearing or being marked as pending in them doesn't mean that it hasn't already been handed off to the next leg.

I emailed them yesterday after my update post here and haven't heard back from them yet. I don't have a Twitter but if I can't get a response via email I may try making one and that instead.
I wrote Elena Ford about a couple of issues. None anywhere near as serious as yours though. I did not get an immediate response, but I did get a phone call about both issues a while later. They were resolved in a satisfactory manner.

Update: Car arrived on 12/2/21 at night, 16 days after it was marked as delivered. While I'm happy that I've got my car, I'm still concerned that it was marked delivered so prematurely and Ford corporate support was so unhelpful.

Original post:
I ordered my Mach E on 4/27/21 and after the microchip shortage delays, was told by Ford that I had an expected delivery date range ending on 11/1/21. The first came and passed and still no Mach E. Cue minor panic. Then on the 16th Ford marks my Mach E as delivered to the dealership. Except that it wasn't and the dealer doesn't have it. Cue major panic.

After two completely unproductive phone calls with Ford Corporate and Marketing, they were able to tell me no additional information beyond what was already publicly available on https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking (which now infuriatingly no longer lets me look up my vehicle, insists that the car was delivered, and returns no additional information) and insisted that they could not help me any further.

Now that Ford support has proven to be utterly useless, I tried doing some more research into the vehicles shipment. Palsapp just says that the vehicle is pending leaving Kansas City for an unknown destination, and United Road (made an account to get more info because I'm desperate) says that it will be shipped from Petersburg, VA once they receive it but they don't have it. So both of those are dead ends.

The dealership I'm taking delivery from last reported thar the car was probably still in Mexico, but that was on the 15th and I haven't been able to get them to respond to my messages or give me a straight answer on the phone since then. If the vehicle is obviously not delivered, why the hell do they insist it has been? Am I just screwed since Ford, the dealership, and the shipping companies all have no idea where my car is?
I am having almost the identical experience, same order dates, same experience with Ford’s delivery tracker (including being told two weeks ago that car was at dealership). Multiple pushed back expected delivery dates. The only difference is that it is now December 20 and my MMEGT is still MIA. Highly likely that I will miss year end delivery date for tax credit. (A tax credit now for 2022 is not the same as a credit for 2021). No communication from Ford. Dealership, while sympathetic, knows nothing. Horribly disappointing experience with Ford.

My MME Premium has been missing since 12/22/2021 when I was notified by Ford it was ready for payment. Dealer is useless.

Getting ready to walk away. Canceled Lightning reservation.
