Hey there. In the continuing saga to try to figure out why my Connected Navigation features (traffic / weather / dynamic parking / chargers) no longer work after my APIM swap (before i take it to the dealer shortly), I looked at my "Installed Maps" screen in the Navigation app.

My list contains:
NA 9.0 (Client)
Safety Camers
Timezone 4.0
World Map v3.0

Nothing else. This doesn't seem like a complete list. I think I used to have a NA x.x (Server) map installed before the APIM swap.
Any idea if this can be updated via FDRS + USB? Is this something that the dealer would do?

I have called the Connected Services team and they are clueless as to why it isn't working (My services are Active). I called the BEV support team and they are also unaware of what is the issue. It's really frustrating that this whole Mach E ecosystem is so complex even Ford support has no idea what is going on.

That’s what I’ve got.
@Mach-Lee, thanks for this screenshots.

I took the car this morning to the dealer after phone support said they can't see anything wrong from their end. Unfortunately it's like pulling teeth at the dealer as well.

The tech did a sync reset (despite me telling the advisor that I had already tried that multiple times), thus locking himself out of the ability to see connected services. The dealer called me after 5 hours and told me that I'm missing subscription to the connected navigation (since, after a sync reset they couldn't get back into the connected services parts without me activating ford pass on my phone again).

I had to drive down to the dealer, activate FP in front of them (both the service advisor and tech were present now), show them ... again .. that my screen shows that I have an active subscription to Connected Navigation, that it is activated and enabled in the "Connected Services" menu, and that nav still can't do connected navigation features.

Once the tech saw that whole process (which I had already described to the service advisor in the morning) he admitted that they probably have to re-program the APIM. But that will need to be done after the weekend because it's already too late for them to start this today. So they essentially lost a day following some procedure that only confused them more.....

Just thought I'd give an update.

Took it back to the dealer on the 24th. The tech reprogrammed some modules (APIM, too I guess). It didn't help the issue, but the MME got the preset radio stations restored back to the way they were before my APIM was changed...(not sure how that's even possible).

Dealership reached out to a Ford engineer. Today I brought the car back.. It seems they just did another FordPass reset...despite already trying that (but advisor said the engineer told them to try it again). Of course it didn't help. So car is staying at the dealer to hopefully keep pursuing more debug. At least they gave me a rental.

I did manage to get a nice 180 mile round trip road trip in the MME over the weekend though...it performed quite well (although it is really noisy on the freeway). If the Connected nav worked, I wouldn't have any more problems with the car.

@Mach-Lee do you know what the difference between the Assembly Part # and the H/W Part # meaning is? Dealer claims that Ford engineering says the replacement APIM they gave me is the wrong sequence: MU5T-14G681-KG. My Assembly Part Number in bezel shows PU5T-14G670-EZG.

Not sure, PU5T is '23 MY. Maybe they ordered the wrong one.

Ok, so just a final update here. APIM arrived after about 4 weeks on backorder. Seems to have fixed the missing traffic, weather, dynamic parking, charger status issues.

Really keeping my fingers crossed that no other issues pop up with that new APIM. The previous APIM I had (with missing Connected Nav features) was rock solid otherwise.
