Does Apple Maps correctly calculate the battery percentage on trips?

Yeah, it's really pretty good. Once in a great while it will get a wild hair and tell me I'll have like 50% less at arrival than I actually do, but it usually self-corrects after driving a few minutes. I've used its route mapping to go from Northern VA to Southern South Carolina and been fine with the charging stops it put in, so that definitely made me feel better about around town use.

I am new to the MME, and carplay. I do not see any option under my picture in Apple Maps for ‘Vehicle’.
Thanks for any help!

Have you connected your phone to Apple CarPlay in your MME? I believe you need to do that first before doing the above steps. I could be wrong though. Feel free to correct me if I am.
