MME paint issue

Hello everyone. I've my MME since May and already had 2 people specialized in detailing. This is my issue: my white MME came with these beige markings (stains) on the front and back bumpers (not on the metal but just the plastic/fiberglass). The detailers tried to remove the stains with no luck. Have anyone seen this before? I am adding a picture. They are not too noticeable, but I know they are there and it really bothers me.

Take to dealer. Point at bad paint. Tell dealer to fix.
