We spend about half the summer on the lake. Fishing, boating, kayaking. Hiking. I can work from anywhere I have a good signal, so converted garage in our toy hauler into office space. Had jet skis when we were younger, thinking about trying that again.
We're just getting started experimenting with working at the campsites. We both have remote jobs, but not sure we can work at the same time in such a small space...

Sounds like fun! But figured you'd be more into flying to the moon. NASA is putting a team together for that, so I hear.
I had a taste of that dream at one time, but watched a few of my more senior and more qualified colleagues fail to be accepted after their second or third application and figured I just wasn't that driven to be a dog and pony show person. (Very few of the astronaut candidates in the corps ever get to space, most are just there for backup in case the select get sick or otherwise can't fly.)

I stopped riding when our child was born.
When they graduated from high school, I got a bike again. I don't ride nearly as much nor as aggressively as I used to, but it's nice to be back on two wheels again. My partner would love to have a convertible, but isn't interested in the bike. If I could get a Mazda Miata EV or if I had the time to properly convert a Karmann Ghia (or a MGB, or...) into an EV, I'd consider giving up on biking altogether.
I occasionally dream of riding again, but 72 and Dallas traffic are not a good combination! When we bought this house we were on the edge of the city; country is now over 30 miles away and receding.

Definitely having a blast with the GTPE: fast, stable stance and responsive handling! Hard to believe in a 5000 pound package!

I live an hour from an Energica dealership and have been meaning to test ride their Experia. It has DC Fast Charge capability.
If you ever do, let us know what you think?!

I test rode the Harley LiveWire back in......Oh, hell..........2016? Anyway that thing was a rocket. Loved it. Then the listed a price tag of close to $30g and a range of 100 miles or something close. While it was fun, it is not practical for me and where I live. Too rural, would be a great commuter bike.

I would be interested in a bagger of some kind with DFCF capability.

Gave up my Roadglide a few years ago due to a knee issue, then tried a Ducati Multi before I just gave up. Knee is much better now and "may" consider another bike someday

Yeah, they're all still pretty low range and few are DCFC (even the DCFC ones are slower DC).

I would love a full bagger with 150 to 200 mile freeway range and 50+ kW charging speed.
