I just went to the App Store to download the “Tesla app”. There were a number of apps to download: “Tesla”, “Superchargers for Tesla”, “Supercharger Map For Tesla”, etc. Is the app y’all are talking about the “Tesla” app? Thanks.
Just download the Tesla app.
Open an account. They will ask for a credit card tied to your account. It is your choice.

Hello Dan.
I am glad that you had a smooth experience at a Tesla Supercharger station.
Was this session at a station with the Majik dock connector? How did you obtain the info about Majik dock station capabilities. I do have the Tesla app but I don't get any updates of those stations. I am not logged in in the app all the time. Do I have to be logged in to get updates of the stations that have Majik dock capabilities?
I am aware also that the East Coast is lagging or doesn't have the priority the West Coast has. Most likely need to login to my Tesla account. Either way, please inform us of how the process work into finding those modified stations in the Tesla Supercharger network.
I just used the Ford Tesla adapter at a Tesla station in Melville NY. The experience was seamless. Plugged the adapter into the Tesla plug and then into my car and it started to charge. I did not have to activate the charger in my app. My only issue was the price was crazy. It cost me $6 bucks to add 37 miles. Will only use Tesla in an emergency...

Do yourself a favor. Download the Tesla APP and open an account. Pay the monthly membership fee if you use SC network regularly. The savings will pay for the membership fee.
