My Journey's is always empy

Hello,

Just got my MME on Friday and I'm exploring all the new features. I've been able to get any trips to show up in My Journey's in the ford pass app.

Any tips on making this work? I have an iphone 12 pro mox and I'm not connected to car play. I have the phone setup as PaaK.

Not sure what to checK?

I believe you have to give Ford Pass access to your phones location even when it isn't running. To get the trip feature to work.

I did that on my phone to experiment with it and it seems to work but doesn't grab every trip.

Same for me. But, my Android phone indicated that the app needed access to my location at all times, not just when the app was open.

Not sure if there's an equivalent setting on your iPhone.

You may have already done this, but d
just in case: In the FordPass app on your phone, check the settings under Account > Settings > My Journeys.

On my Android phone I set it to link up via AppLink and it seems to work reliably.

I didn't have the mobile app permissions in the mache set correctly. Fixed that and it started working. Thank you!

I hope ford pass can fetch the trips from the car computer with energy consumption summaries. On the app under trips and charge history page it says the trips are coming soon feature, probably they are still working on it. This is different to the journeys.

Saw that, too! wasn't sure if they were the same and then after I got the journey's working I saw the "trips" were still empty and "coming soon". I'm really hoping it has that data.
