Name that fluid (on my wheel)

Just got a new Mach E (Select) and (I think/hope only when) after it rains, seeing a lot of this yellow/orange/brown splotching on the inside wheel. Any idea if an issue (indicative of fluid leak?) or if just some normal breaking in?

That's normal flash rust caused by the rain corroding the bare rotor surface. It will go away as soon as you drive the car and use the brakes. Nothing is leaking.

And make sure you do that (shift to neutral on a vacant road and apply the service brake to polish off the rust), since if given enough time, that light oxidation will lead to deeper putting and rotor-destroying corrosion.
