Navigation/GPS not working

Today while driving, I clicked on the car's navigation and noticed that it had me at my home location.

The navigation icon on the map had a question mark over it.

Arrow Mark on the navigation screen is stuck at that location and it’s not moving from there.

I tried rebooting the sync and ford pass reset but the problem persisted. Not sure if there's anything else I can do other than a dealer visit.

Does anyone else had this issue and found a workaround to fix this? (Recently had an update on April 18)

One possibility is that the coax splitter has gone bad. Have you tried your SiriusXM?

No we never tried siriusXM. Is there something that we need to enable/disable?

I have this exact problem with my newish 2025 Mach E Premium. Were you able to ever get it fixed? If so, how? Thanks.
