I have been having an issue with navigation for the last 6 months where it gets stuck synchronizing and never resolves the route. Keep having to use my phone to navigate.
Just been to Ford and they say it will be resolved with an OTA “by Q4”.
It used to work perfectly, so I’m confused why it no longer does. Anybody else experiencing this issue?

Can you clarify "been to Ford"?

I assume you mean you visited a dealership and they stated such?

By "been to Ford," I assume that you mean that you paid a visit to your dealer's service department. They are blowing smoke up your kilt. I think that @Ford Motor Company needs to get someone in Connected Services involved to see what's going on. Try calling ‭(800) 392-3673‬ and ask for the Battery Electric Vehicle team. ??

Correct. My local Ford dealership. Reported the same problem on regular service a couple of months ago and they said they fixed it.

I've had issues with Alexa setting routes and some with the navigation system directly. I'll set a route, it'll tell me to obey signs and then it cancels out. I get it to work eventually, but sometimes it takes a few tries. I figured it was a "feature" of my latest software update.
