2025 Mach e rally
A lot of people are comparing putting a grill and a lighted pony on a Non GT car to trying to look or pretend to be a GT. A Mach e GT does not need a grill so by that theory the Mach e GT is trying to look like a mustang ice car. A good comparison to pretending to be a Gt would be putting a GT emblem on a Non GT car. Ford itself now offers a sport package for Non GT’s that includes a grill and it even looks like a bumper that is the same as the GT. So maybe people are trying to look like the sport package that ford itself offers. And as for as the lighted pony. That just looks really cool and who doesn’t like cool lighting on a vehicle? So me personally I really like the sport package that ford itself offers from the factory. So I’m trying to look like the sport package ford offers! Maybe BSKT Design should rename the Grill the sport package Grill? I don’t really think the name matters but one thing I do know it looks really good! Here car and driver has some photos of the car I’m trying to look like. It looks like ford is trying to be like BSKT Design and put a grill on a Non GT

I've never been a fan of fake badging. Growing up on Long Island in the 1980's someone had a Plymouth Cuda with the big rear fender decal saying "Hemi" and everyone knew it was a 318. As a mopar guy with a hacked together 440 Cuda (and no decals) at the time, I didn't understand what good in pretending you had a rare engine. Especially one that people would steal back then if they knew.

But I liked adding spoilers, wheels, rocker panels, or any cosmetic touches from a better performance model if I wanted a certain look. Even if people in their own mind think you are trying to look like a more expensive model. If it makes you happy...etc

Speaking of Mach-e grills, I would consider adding the Rally grill to my Premium if I could get the fog lights to work. I wouldn't pretend I've got the Rally though, and also wouldn't care if someone else put all the Rally body parts on their Select or Premium Mach-e.

More likely will get a real "numbers matching" Rally on my next go round lol
