Not getting any OTA

What can I do about it?
The last one was done at the dealer, end of Sept.

I set the auto update and the scheduled time.

What features are you missing? There probably haven't been any OTA updates released for your vehicle yet, since your car was just assembled at the factory a few months ago. Give it more time (6+ months maybe).

you can also call Ford's OTA team. They can look up to see if any are stuck. They're pretty responsive.

But based on the many complaints on this forum, I would count yourself luck. OTA can do more harm and mess up things that have been working before the updates. Lots of unhappy owners on here.

I found my Auto update settings is cleared somehow, and the schedule is also removed. No idea what happened, and the last update is still in September
