My car doesn't seem to have received any updates in quite some time. My Sync Version number is definitely less than many.

I took my car in for the PaaK recall. No change in anything from before.

Short of buying the gear to do updates as others have, does anyone know of a way I can check to see specifically what updates the car has received?

Thanks in advance.

No. I believe I have 252 also. No updates since 1.4 after 1.6.

I am also on 252. I haven't received any updates since the fordpass powerup 1.4 SecuriAlert update.

Mine is at 252 also. That is only the version for SYNC.

1.7.1 started on Sept 28 and it is now Nov 3. It is only being pushed out to about 24,000 cars that have actually been sold. Conservatively that would be about 708 cars to update per day.

Slower than molasses in January.

Ford needs to learn to do this much faster if they plan to put 10's of thousands more connected vehicles on the road in the next 2 to 5 years. At the current rate of the last 3 OTAs it took 2 months for my car to get them after they started rolling out to the public. Add another 50,000 cars and the OTAs will never reach my car before the next one it released. My car will always be an OTA behind the release schedule.

If I want Blue Cruise it won't be ready to use until 5 to 8 weeks after I purchase it (If it ever releases to everyone else with a 2021). That means time I have paid for that I can't use that will be lost because of the delays in the OTA deployment network.

Thanks for the replies. My update screen only says the system is up to date and has no information about any prior update that’s been applied. Oil guess I should have posted that one too.

I got my Mach-E on September 7 after it was shipped early August, and also have had no OTA updates since then. Most of the time at home it is in the garage with both devices asleep, but doubt this is the problem.

My car was built in April, which is why I'm as concerned as I am. I've contacted Ford about it and have been given a case number. Hopefully something will come of it in the near future.

I got a case number as well. They will not push the update to you or even tell you if your car is at least communicating with the servers. They are useless. Take at least a week to respond and when they do they don’t answer your direct questions. Just some ridiculous response to reset the Fordpass App or take it to the dealer. Then they just stop responding to you. Take my advise and don’t take it to the dealer unless you really trust them. My dealer had my car for 5 days. Updated the Sync but not the car to 1.7.1. Wait for the OTA
