I recently purchased a new spoiler for my Mach-E direct from Ford during the recent promo period. To my dismay, what I received looks to be a pre-owned, damaged spoiler that was hastily touched up and repackaged.
I immediately contacted Ford's customer service to notify them and the response I got was basically "Sorry about your bad luck, but no takesie-backsies".
I'm not done fighting this and I really hope Ford comes through and makes this right.
