Sorry for your experience. I was in a similar situation but eventually after 24 days my car got repaired and its working fine now.
My experience was that after a quick response on social media, the service representative did absolutely nothing.

Not sure how the law is in your state, but in TX, the 30 days do not have to be consecutive--it is 30 total days within 24 months/24000 miles. I would keep documentation about the 24 days on hand in case of another set of days comes up.

Yup same in California. Hopefully I don't have to use that law
