OK, Stupid Update. Mirrors no longer fold

On the screen you have various options under the second button to change / view.
This includes for the car, general options, changing driving mode etc.
Further down you can see updates.
Very important to make sure updates is on.

With the mirrors, someone noted the path above to reset this.
Had to do it after two updates, Friday and then Monday.

Ok... my mirror setting is turned back on, and the mirrors are not folding when driven with my wifes profile. They fold with my profile.

This is new for me.

Please be patient. The Mach-E GT is my first EV which I have only had 6 weeks. December 10 my autofold mirrors stopped working. From this thread, it sounds like a software update caused changes in my settings. How do I know when an upgrade has been installed. I never saw any notification. Thanks!

Me too. Same exact thing happened—had to go into settings to put auto mirror close function back on. Just another glitch resulting from an update.

The 6.2.0/6.2.1 OTA is known to change this setting. As was said earlier, just go into Settings and re-set it. ??

I did reset it. It happened at 6.2.1 update and continues with 6.3.0 and I’m not sure walk away lock is working all the time either.
