OTA 6.8 issues after update

when checking for software updates in the vehicle it keeps looking and saying this may a take a minute but nothing shows up, also on Fordpass it shows that a software update was done but doesn’t show details. The update was applied on Jan 24th and it showed 6.8 updaters was successful and the details about frunk ajar warning right after the update, issue started on the next day After the update. Also my speedometer does not go to 0 when stopped it shows as 1km. I had reset PAAK, rebooted sync and also checked all network connectivity settings and all look ok. Contacted Ford on the forum and they suggest take the car to the dealer which is next week. Has anyone else experienced the above and any suggestions to fix it.

Phantom update message. It has been reported by many different connected vehicle with the recent string of 6.x.x updates. I just check your VIN, and you have no update in queue and nothing has been sent to you since you got 6.8.0 on 1/24.

Thanks for the update. Usually the software update screen in the car shows the last OTA info, now it keeps looping and no data is shown on the screen. Let me see what the dealer has to say Next week about other things i mentioned.

The dealer won’t be able to tell you anything, unfortunately. I wouldn’t waste my time, but I guess that’s up to you.

I’m having a problem with 6.8, too. It seems to have broken my OTA updates since I haven’t received another update since November.

Maybe @Ford Motor Company can help make an appointment at my dealership if I give them my VIN and dealership.
