OTA Update ECG-24.2.4.9

I have gotten a single update since I purchased the 20223 MME in April, In the FDRS post it showed I had multiple modules needing to be updated and that my modem was currently active but nothing. Ive tried turning the wifi off since some said that can help with the update downloads but since I have poor ATT service I went ahead and installed another wireless AP right in the garage so the car has perfect Wifi signal, my 12V battery is always above 90%.

I have no idea if there is a module that is hanging up causing me not able to get a update or if my Vin hasn't been issued a update yet but when people with 2024 MME are getting updates I start wondering why I haven't gotten a single update.

Got 24.2.4.9 yesterday, and now I'm getting 23-PU1103-NAT-VCE (aka 6.2.1.) The APIM OTAs must be huge as it's taking forever to download. Kind of sad that Ford isn't pushing my APIM directly to 6.14, but I guess I need to experience and appreciate all the interim bugs.

Just got his update in my 2023.0 GTPE.

I got this update two days ago after nothing for 3 months and now my car has updated to power up 6.2 as well. Finally off of 5.1.1.

Same exact situation. Haven't gotten a single update since I got the car. 2023.5 AWD Premium Extended Range picked up at the end of April as well. It was built in September of last year and sat on the lot with a dead 12v battery until I picked it up. Wonder if that has something to do with it or if they just haven't sent anything to the car yet.

Same boat, new 23 MME premium purchased last month - updates have been so few and limited. Just got this update yesterday, so hoping it means newer updates speed up

My 2023.5 just pulled this update, which is my first update since April, shortly after I purchased the car. I was very happy to see my car finally pull an update again.

I’m hoping this opens the floodgates for things like Tesla P&C, Public Charging app, update 6.14, and especially the tailgate not opening all the way fix.

Got this update. 23 ER
I wrote to tech support yesterday, said I have nothing working, no tesla charging, no aa, no voice calls, and I have no public charging app. I bought the car and nothing works for me, from what you advertised me when you sold it to me.
They said the dealer won't help for update and I have to wait for an over the air update.

I hope today's update is not related to yesterday's appeal))

2023.5 Premium. Not in EA.
Previous last update was late March.

I was on 5.1.1 too and got a dealer to update every module on my ViN and still dont have anything else on power ups etc, or the new “modern” icons for UI

Nothing. I woke up and it said update downloading when I left for work. Then two days later 6.2 installed and 3 days after that I got 6.3. Waiting to see what’s the next one. My sales guy texted me because he got the updates too in his GT as well and wanted to see if I finally got mine since I’d been complaining to the dealer and ford office of the president for about a month now.

For those of you still waiting, I just got mine on July 3, so there is still hope. No further updates yet...I'm a 2023.5 GT.
