I got a 23 in march and only had one update for improve smart connectivity so far.
Same here, well, I think two updates. So is something broken or not? A guy on here looked up my VIN and said there are updates for my vehicle, they just aren’t going through. I called Ford and they confirmed that although they said it wasn’t as many as the guy who looked it up said. Told me to take to dealer and they created a ticket. I’ve been holding off because I can’t be without a car again for days.

They told me the same thing. That everything is on and i should be getting updates but im not getting any. I don’t get it, they can’t even explain why we’re not getting the updates. Gotta take it to the dealer and what if we have to leave it there for a few days? Can’t be without a car for days or weeks

Retired. I'd say it was a mid life crisis, but not many people live to 140.

How about a utility mode / pet mode like function?

Unfortunately there are no side repeater cameras to produce a blind spot image when using turn signals....
I'm with you on both of these points.

Pet mode *should* be easy, and I'm not sure why they haven't done it yet. There must be an issue that we cannot fathom from out here in the real world. Maybe the big sign on the centre stack takes more energy than they want?

I dunno. Seems like an easy thing to do but we won't know the ins and outs of the coding and energy consumption.

Showing a blind spot image in the centre stack? This is a feature where Tesla has a huge advantage, IMHO.

We probably want most cars to show a blind spot image, and use the kinds of cameras that'd make that possible.

But that's just one dumb old man's opinion. I'm a lot older than most of you, and it could be more inconvenient for me to look into the blind spot than it is for most of you young aspiring race drivers.

As far as updates go, I got the Tesla plug & charge update and nothing after that.

But it's not like there's anything wrong with the car, so whatever.

I've asked it before and will ask again - what do those eagerly awaiting BC 1.4 expecting to change with the update? Still unclear to me. I do not as far as I'm aware have BC 1.4, but the earlier problems of drifting and getting too close to tractor trailers seems to have gone away.
