Hi guys
I’ve gotten a few scratches on the rails that runs along the underside if the car, I think they’re kind of a protective frame for the batteries. It’s like it’s “just” a square tube if that makes sence.
now it’s nothing serious, it’s not bend or cracked, just a few scratches.
at first I just put some rust protection on, but I’ve decided to get i fixed proper, since a good friend of mine paints cars and he’s offered to fix it for me.
Anyway I reached out to Ford (Here in Denmark where I live) and they couldn’t provide a paint code for these railings, just said there where none.
i thought maybe some of you people in here might be able to help?
It’s seems to be black so it might just be some standard Ford color they use for the underneath of their cars, but I don’t really know about these things.
so if anyone knows what color code thise railings are it would be mighty helpful.
Thanks a bunch in advance :)

nobody's every going to see it I'd make sure it's clean and just put some black paint on it to protect from surface rusy

thanks, that what I already done, and was it my own I’d probably be happy with that.
But It’s a lease so I either fix it or pay for it getting fixed when I return the car.
i’m aware that theres a chance it goes unnoticed, and it’s a part of the car that’s expected to maybe have a bit more wear and tear.
But when I can get ifixed for free, why risk getting an additional bill for it later.
So I’m hoping soneone knows the color code, so when I do get it painted, I’ll might as well do it with the same color.
if no color code is available I’m sure we’ll figure out something that’s close.
