I agree with you. I also did the same and no matter what I get the same message.I checked every VIN I have and could find, which includes delivered VINs. All have the same error message. The data coming down the pipe is actually an empty object for each request.
Because the delivered (previously valid VINs and completed shipping) VINs and trip numbers are returning the same empty data. I'm concluding this means nothing to any of our car orders. Something's down on Palsapp whether by intention or by accident.
With more information I can change my opinion, but for now it's simply the reporting site isn't working properly for unknown reason (to me).
