PALSAPP - It’s GONE! :)

So, I just checked PALSAPP for the 100th or so time today and instead of the source/dest of Kansas City/Birmingham, it now says VIN number not found. The unit may have been moved by another carrier.
Are there still horse rustlers in the west or something?

Seriously, any ideas what this means?

It means Jack Copper is done with you as near as I can tell. They're actually not the truck transport everywhere in the 48 states.

Mine is gone now too. Delivered to Louisville on Monday 3/22 and kept checking for the next BOL/Freight bill to show up for the final leg but it's gone. The Ford Vehicle Order Tracking doesnt work for me. The order number field is only 4 digits and order numbers are 8 digits? I tried first 4, last 4 etc. No dice.

I did stop into my dealer this evening and took the demo out for a spin. That was a mistake. -especially now that I cant obsessively track delivery.

I checked every VIN I have and could find, which includes delivered VINs. All have the same error message. The data coming down the pipe is actually an empty object for each request.

Because the delivered (previously valid VINs and completed shipping) VINs and trip numbers are returning the same empty data. I'm concluding this means nothing to any of our car orders. Something's down on Palsapp whether by intention or by accident.

With more information I can change my opinion, but for now it's simply the reporting site isn't working properly for unknown reason (to me).

Your Dealer has the 4 digit order #. You will have to contact them for that so you can use the Ford Vehicle Order tracking. Also, if you saved a copy of the window sticker, you can get the order # in the bottom left area ust below the RAIL block. You will see item # like "21-2222 O/T 1". The order # are the 4 digits following the hyphen.

When my Mach E was being shipped back and forth, my original entry disappeared from Palsapp like yours. However, I could still find it when I entered the original Freight Bill # instead of the VIN.

I would do a screen capture, but I can no longer pull my VIN in Palsapp. However, if you enter your VIN and get a result, there is typically a hyper-link in the far right column of the results. This should pull up a freight bill.
