After reading the disclaimers about valet parking not being responsible for anything I don't have any desire handing over a car to them.

I have zero qualms about handing over a car to them. None. Just as long as it’s not mine.

Huh, yeah... I guess I'll just have to wait.. the code automatically is deleted when you exit valet mode on the car. And that is, indeed,a ghost notification you're seeing.

Yup. Mine went away after 24 hours. They must have a hard coded timer for it to disappear. That is a VERY inelegant way to program, but I guess it's functional ??
