Personal Profile Bug?

I have three profiles. Always worked with no issues. Then one day I quickly junped in the car, put it in reverse before the profile could load up. Since that day I have been locked in “guest” profile. I cant flip between, delete or alter any of them. Its a bad glitch that needs to be fixed. I only noticed because one pedal drive flipped to default two pedal and I almost reversed into cross traffic on accident.

Non of that should happen! When I had mine locked into 'Guest' for over an hour and I couldn't change it back to mine It luckily kept it in one pedal drive...

But like I said I had to hard reset SYNC to change back to my profile...

Pro-tip, the seat position selectors on the driver door will set your profile too, so it's easy to switch if it picks the wrong one.

Yeah I gave up on profiles after my issue. Just shut them off. I tried every reset, trick, suggestion out there. Nothing works. The memory buttons on the door still move the seats and even the profile icons move the seats but thats it. Very very glitchy.

I have a similar problem with it wanting to use my wife's profile most of the time. The way our garage is setup she usually gets in the car first so I can sort of understand that. However there are times when I'm driving solo, my phone is in my pocket along with my key fob and it still picks her with her key and phone back in the house. I've even had it use her profile when I'm miles away by myself. Every once in a blue moon it will pop up the guest profile.

I've just gotten in the habit of selecting my profile every time I get in the car.

I have the exact same issue. Sometimes my wife’s profile and sometimes guest. I just accept it.

I'm having a similar problem where the wrong profile gets activated. I have PAAK for both myself and my wife. Until today the problem was always in my garage where I assumed my wife's phone or Fob confused the MachE.

Today I came into the office with my profile correctly active and hooked it up to charge. When I came back 4 hours later to move off the charger (miles from my wife's phone/Fob) it was on my wife's profile and had already moved the seat 3" higher before I got inside.

I couldn't find a more recent Forum post on this topic, anyone know if this is on Ford's radar to fix? Or know if there is a workaround? I got my 2023 MachE in December.

Still having this problem, probably happens 25% of the time I get into my car. Then there is the CarPlay failures that also happen 25% of the time. Frustrating.
