phone issue

after owning and using my iphone for 2months i own my mach-e theater day i could not get off ford logo page to open ford pass ,deleted reloaded did everything i could think of ,,now i can lock ,unlock start car ,,, but car does not recognize my phone,,will not unlock doors ,, will not let me reload phone as a key ,,and never recognize my phone as even being in car ,, location in setting loaded to "always" moved car to different location ,, i deleted and reloaded app,, anybody have any clues or had same experience??? i would love help,,thanks

Reset PaaK in the car, then re-pair your phone with the car. See Owner's manual page 63.

thanks tried all that before ,but will retry removing all paak and cleaning everything out regarding phone
