Plug & Charge (PNC) expired, why?

I just received a notification in my message center of my Mache app that says “Plug and Charge no longer active on this vehicle, please contact a FordGuide for assistance”. Any know what this means? I have a 2021 Mache PE. Thanks

I received that message several weeks ago(Jan 25th). Then, on Feb 4th, got a message stating “Plug & Charge is now active”. If you go into your Connected Services, you can see what is active……. Mine never said inactive at any time!
