Poll: did your windshield get broken during the recall service?

It'll be interesting to know if this really is as widespread as it's made out to be in these forums. Like most things, people don't complain if there's no issue.

Of course it isn't.

My dealership did this on F-150s and they said they broken something like 2%. On 30+ Mach-Es they said the only ones that broke had cracks or chips already.

I'm guessing the percentage of dealers who didn't correctly follow the recall instructions and/or honor the requirement of a loaner vehicle is a bigger problem.

My windshield had a bad rock hit and I was delighted to have it replaced.
