Just wanted to give Folsom Lake Ford a shout out! I took my Mach-e in because of a Pre-collision assist warning light. They found that the coax cable was loose..they had to order the part. Without even having to ask, they got me a rental in less than 30 minutes. Now, it's an Explorer..not even close to my Ruby, but I was impressed with their level of service. Mind you, this was my first time having to take her in for service..I bought her in February 2023..and I have never loved a car as much as I love her! I hope they take good care of her!

The Dealer experience is so hit or miss. Wish all dealers had even close to this level of service. I love the car, but dealer experience almost always sucks. The 3 dealers that are close, are a month or 2 out for service, then more than once told can't recreate issue, so no issue. Was even told once why was I using button on steering wheel anyway? After going in forcing tech to ride along, finally said oh we can connect and see if button is bad. OK perfect, but had to make another appt another month out.
