Pre-Purchase Checklist

I’ll hopefully be picking up my Mach E later this week or early next week.

Aside from getting the traditional financing and Ford Options rates from Smart Vincent.

What is the best way to remind the salesman that I don’t want anything ‘extra’ added to the Mach E? Just direct and to the point?

Also need to get X plan squared away.

Anything else I need to pay attention to?

PPF, Ceramic, and Tint

I’ve reached out to several shops to apply PPF to the full front and lower sides, ceramic, and tint to the 2 front windows.

I’ve read that some people are asking their dealer to refrain from detailing the car prior to taking delivery. Is this something I should do as well or ask the PPF installer?

I went with the space gray seats, should I consider a ceramic coasting on that as well to protect against stains, etc? Some dog mats recommend fabric protection on light colored seats to mitigate color transfer.

Floor Mats

Thinking about going with Tuxmats, for the front and rear seats. A friend has them in several of his vehicles and recommends them.

Miscellaneous

Also looking for screen protectors, rear seat dog covers, and maybe even a cargo area dog cover. Tesmanian and AOSK both these items. Are all these products fairly similar or are some versions better?

You can request them to leave the plastics but it's up to them. It could hide paint damage. So if they remove the film you could just say not to wash/detail it.

The ones from OCDPlug and AOSK are both nice. I have the former on my Mach E and the latter on my Lightning.
