problems with the FordPass app after the last update

After an overnight OTA update on Friday, the icon on the FordPass app would not successfully open the frunk. After working with Ford support for more than an hour on Friday (deleting/reestablishing my account; deleting re-downloading the app), now I’ve lost four of the five icons on the FordPass app. waiting for response from an escalation within the Ford software team. anyone else experiencing this?

Each icon/button that’s disappeared is directly tied to Paak (BLE functions).

You’ve mentioned that you’ve deleted and reinstalled the app amongst a few other things. Have you attempted to reconfigure Paak?

no, I do not know how to reconfigure PAAK
in your vehicle, there should be a list of settings where you can reset phone as a key. you want to go there and try to reset it up.

You could start by pressing the link "Set Up Phone as a Key" in FordPass, and it will walk you through it.

Also, FordPass is sometimes blippy and waiting it out is usually a better strategy than deleting / re-installing apps and accounts.
