I would say it's not a need, per se, but more of a "it's capable of doing it, and it would be fun to do something different with it". Much like my cell, I don't need to be able to change it, but having the option to do so when the possibility is there is nice to have.Yeah, I wouldn't complain about the ability to change the low-speed warning sound, I guess. But I also don't see the need. It's a sound for others, not for me. The only time I hear it myself is when I have my window down and am driving under 20mph, so... at the drive-thru? At the beach where my brain automatically filters it out to listen to the surf?
Or a chief executive...I do not understand why Tesla would have gotten in trouble. If I heard a fart sound, I would immediately look around for a Tesla.

Although, I've changed my mind. I wouldn't want the Tie Fighter sound, I'd want either the Millenium Falcon or an X-Wing engine noise. A bit more grumbly like a large engine but different enough.
Hey hey
If Mr Ford is watching
Please give me more propulsion sound
The electric race truck sounds wonderful as does the Formula E cars. Please please
I want people to hear it. It’s a safety issue
The car is too quiet
Thank you please
Or one of those fancy rocket ships. Now that would be a propulsion system sound worth traveling a thousand miles to hear.Or a chief executive...
