Public Charging appear

I got the Public Charging app. July 30 was the last update, with a few more to come. And there was a series of updates a month ago.

But I haven't seen or noticed this app until today, so maybe the appearance of the app is not related to the update.

The apps on the Apps and Entertainment tabs update silently and independently of vehicle "Power-Up" updates reported on the Software Updates screen.
Unfortunately, there's no way to know when the get updated of there than noticing any changes.

The Public Charging app magically appeared on our Sync screen this week. It was missing when we got the car in January.
